Bethany Finch began working for Gina Gilliam as executive assistant in 2019 she had no clue at that time her passion for serving others and her life long love for the beauty of the place a person calls home would join forces and give her such passion for real estate. It became apparent early in her time as executive assistant that she was destined to become a licensed real estate agent and serve her community in this way.
Bethany dove head first in to real estate and was determined to learn all she could from her boss, friend and real estate agent for life Gina Gilliam and the thirty years of experience that Gina had in real estate. Bethany became a licensed broker in 2020, joined Gina’s team at Gilliam Group at eXp realty and never looked back!
Growing up Bethany’s father was a custom builder in The Triangle. She was always enthralled by the beauty and features of each home and the unique pieces that set them apart from the others. Her fascination with houses and her love for serving people lead her to learn that when people are buying and selling a home, it is very often during a major life change, empty-nesters, newlyweds, new parents, divorce, new jobs, in any case it’s usually a very vulnerable season of life. It is such a joy for her to be able to help her clients through these seasons and be a resource of information, a guide through the transaction, and at times simply emotional support during a huge life change.
Bethany’s career choices have always drawn her to service industries. Before beginning real estate she thrived in personal shopping and wardrobe consultation, she loved helping people discover their personal style and develop it in such a way that they could maximize their self confidence and essentially change their lives.
The icing on the cake for Bethany is that via real estate, she gets to serve a community that she loves dearly. She was born in Ohio but from the age of eleven she grew up in Fuquay- Varina and has lived her adult life in Apex and Cary. Bethany has always been deeply rooted in her communities through church involvement, community volunteering, gym activities and Brazilian jitjitsu, and more as well as all the amazing places that being a mom of three takes her.
